What we use and why
Discord or Google provides your account ID, name, profile picture, and email to create and authenticate your account, remember activity registrations, and assign your rewards. We keep registrations, accepted activity rules, entry times, reward assignments, and key reveal times to operate activities, resolve problems, and audit awards. Processing needed for the service you request is separate from optional consent. Signing in does not subscribe you to marketing.
Display name and public results
Your display name starts as the name from Discord or Google and follows it until you choose your own on your profile. You can switch back to the account name at any time. You see it in the site header, admins see it on activity entries, and if you win an activity it is shown publicly on that activity’s page and on Home. During the winner animation, other entrants appear only partially masked (for example “B••••r”), never in full and never with an email or account ID.
Tokens
We keep your Token balance and a permanent history of every change: the amount, date, the reason the admin gave, and which admin made it. You can see your own balance and history on your profile; admins can see every member’s. The history is kept so balances can be checked, and is deleted with your account. The admin activity log then keeps only the amount of each change, without your account or the reason.
Visit counting
To show how many people visit, the site sends one count request per browser tab, shortly after the first page you open has loaded. The server turns your IP address and browser user agent, together with a secret key, into a one-way code for that day, plus a second one-way code of the IP address alone that limits floods from one network. Only these two codes and the date are stored, never the IP address or user agent, and they are deleted after about two days; after that only the daily totals remain. No cookie is used. Your browser keeps a small flag in session storage (not a cookie) so the same tab does not send again. Automated clients, link previews and signed-in admins are not counted. Each visitor counts once per day, and only daily and total numbers are shown.
Workshop downloads
The Workshop is for signed-in members. When you download a mod, we record your account, the mod and the time so each member is counted once per mod. Admins see download counts. Files come through short-lived private links or the creator’s external link (such as Google Drive or GitHub), whose own privacy policies apply.
Who can access data
Authorized admins can manage activities and see entrant names. Other visitors cannot see your email, private registrations, or game keys. Organizers manage the key inventory, so rewards should not be considered secret from the organizer.
Cookies and external media
Essential cookies maintain your session and language choice. External-media preferences are stored in your browser and can be changed through Cookie settings in the footer. There are no advertising trackers or third-party analytics. The only measurement is the anonymous daily visit count described above, which uses no cookies. YouTube links open an external website whose own privacy policy applies.
Retention
Account and reward data is kept while your account is active so you can return to your rewards. Registration and operational records are reviewed for deletion or anonymization within 180 days after an activity, except records needed for reward delivery, disputes, or legal obligations. The operator must carry out this review and deletion process; this version does not claim automatic deletion.
Your choices and rights
Contact the operator to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, or a copy of your data, or to withdraw consent for processing based on consent. Requests depend on applicable legal conditions and may require account-ownership verification. Save any awarded keys before requesting account deletion, as you may lose access to the reward page. You may also raise concerns with Thailand’s Personal Data Protection Committee.
